The Palmyra Nation press release was organized on the 16 th of August, 2018 at the Chennai Press Club. Along with Fr.               On the 14 th of August, 2018 Fr. Jegath Gasper Raj met with Mr. Anbarasu IAS and discussed with him the future course of action for the ‘Palmyra Nation’ initiative. We have shared below, the views of Fr. Jegath Gasper Raj, regarding Mr. Anbarasu IAS and the meeting that took place, in his own words.                                  "In my life, without any exaggeration, I have not met a serving Senior Officer so approachable, humane, plain honest and bewilderingly efficient like this officer: Its Mr. Anbarasu IAS, Development Commissioner of Pondicherry. With him, Palmyra Nation made the millennium leap today afternoon, in ten minutes. The entire Government machinery was brought into the loop within that 10 minutes and the deal was done and 84 major water bodies and the sea coast vulnerable to cyclone.        The Regreen Chennai Marathon, which was one of Chennai’s biggest marathons last year, is going to be back again in Chennai this year. The organizers of the marathon are expecting this year’s Regreen Chennai Marathon to get even bigger and better than the last year’s event.                   Regreen Chennai Marathon will kick start on the 14 th  of October this year and to physically prepare the runners for the marathon , a small training program was organized on the 12 th  of August, 2018 at 6 AM in Besant Nagar beach, by the Regreen Chennai Marathon team, which was headed by Fr. Jegath Gaspar Raj.        After the fitness training, which included some basic preparatory exercises, a short trial run was organized. Around 30 runners took part in the trial run and the distance they managed to cover ranged from around 2 to 5 kilometers.       ...
